How to display your web site logo on the address bar and in the favorites list: Want to make your web site standout in crowded favorites lists in browsers and address bars? Why not display your own logo next to your links. How to display the logo on the address bar? Ask Question 8. I want to show logo on the address bar. But it is visible only on tab next to title. Fav icon not.
After the horrible rollout of the Anniversary update which destroyed many users' hope for extensions in Edge, I encountered another issue with this browser.I added my favorites to the Edge favorites bar. However, the icons of the websites are not shown.
Instead there are only 'stars'. Even worse, I activated the setting to ONLY show the icons because I want all my favorites (around 40) to be visible at oncewithout having to use folders. Now I only have a row of star icons and can't tell which icon leads to which website, unless I wait for three seconds until the tooltip pops up.How can such a simple feature be broken? It's not more than getting the favicon from the website and EVERY website has a favicon. The Anniversary update was THE chance to get people to finally use Edge, including me.
But since extensions cannot be installed and favicons are not sown, I cannot use this browser. The extension problem seems to affect a lot of people while I have onlyheard of a few people not having favicons in Edge. Hi,Sorry for such a bad experience.I would request you to clear the browsing history and then check if it helps.a: Look on the address bar for the.
